Shopping around

We would expect you to consider various options, including using an estate agent or one of our house buying competitors. When you do deal with house buyers, make sure you have the following questions in mind:

What is the overall cost of selling your property?
Does this include fees for valuation, surveying and legal services etc.?
What customer service will they provide for you – for example, will they discuss multiple options that could suit your personal circumstances?
Do they come with a reputation for quality, fairness and experience?
Do they have expert knowledge of the housing market in your own area ?

Discussing your selling options

Using an extensive database of property prices in your area, we will calculate the approximate value of your house. With this information we can then discuss with you what options are available and provide an estimate of what we would be prepared to pay for your property.

Accepting an offer for your house

After we examine your personal requirements and the options available to you, and after viewing the property and assessing the condition of the local housing market, we will present you with the best solution for you circumstances.

You then have 28 days to decide whether to accept this offer. You can still proceed after 28 days has elapsed, but we would need to review the circumstances once more in case one or more of the factors has changed.

Even at this late stage, you are under no obligation to proceed. We are happy to provide the service up to this point to allow you to make the decision for yourself. If you wish to halt proceedings completely, you may do so without incurring any charges at all.

Selling your house / property

Should you decide to accept our offer, we would be happy to arrange all aspects of the sale of your property. Unlike with traditional methods of house selling, you will find our no-fuss, no-delay approach effortless and hassle-free. We will even give you £500 towards the cost of your solicitor fees, whether you use your own solicitor, or one that we may recommend.

After selling your house

Once you have sold your property, you can move out immediately, stay for a short while until you arrange your move, or stay on a long-term basis and rent back the property. Whatever you choose to do, you can rest assured that we are here to help you every step of the way. We will not pressurise you into one course of action, we simply explore all the options available to ensure that we arrive at a solution that is ideally suited to your needs and your circumstances.
